John,
I've voted to require ID when voting before, and I'd be proud to do it again.
Democrats have been lying about Georgia, and Speaker Pelosi is peddling a massive federal takeover of elections. H.R. 1 would seek to ban voter ID ([link removed]) requirements across the country.
I voted against H.R. 1 because I understand the importance of a free and fair election.
Here's what Pelosi's packed into H.R. 1:
* States would be forced to allow ballot harvesting - that means anyone could turn in someone else's mail-in ballot.
* Elimination of Voter ID laws currently in place in 36 states and forbids states from enacting such laws.
* Tax dollar funding of campaigns.
* Automatic registration for all individuals, leading to massive registration errors.
We won't be able to restore integrity in our electoral system with Nancy Pelosi and the liberals in charge in Washington. That's why I'm focused on 2022 and taking back the Republican majority in Congress - will you join me?
As a Vice-Chair of the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), I am working to raise dollars to win Republican seats in 2022. Reply to this email to learn more about the seats we're targeting.
Thank you for your continued support,
ICYMI: I introduced legislation earlier this year to restore election integrity. ([link removed])
