We're honoring the otter, the armadillo, the turtle, and many other vulnerable species.
Hi, Supporter!
Endangered Species Day is May 21, but we’re taking the next 2 weeks to give back to celebrate our favorite animals. We’ve set a big goal to raise $20,000 in honor of National Armadillo Day, Endangered Species Day, World Otter Day, and World Turtle Day -- will you join us?
The money you donate will go to the Sierra Club’s work, including things like advocating for on-going studies and monitoring populations of turtles in Iowa and protecting the Arctic Wildlife Refuge, home to many of the world’s Polar Bears. You can make your donation here.
When you donate $39 or more, you’ll have the opportunity to symbolically adopt your favorite species through Sierra Club’s Adopt a Wild Animal program. You’ll receive a 12-inch eco-friendly plush animal and a booklet including facts and photos of your chosen creature.
Thanks for celebrating with Team Sierra and helping to protect our vulnerable species,
