The news just broke: the conservative dark money group Heritage Action is funding -- and in some cases, actually writing -- voter suppression bills across the country, including here in Texas.

Just a couple hours ago, a video leaked showing the head of Heritage Action bragging to top Republican donors about anti-voter legislation -- from Georgia to Texas, and beyond.

You know what she says about her D.C. think tank funneling money to our states to stop our communities from voting?

“We did it quickly and we did it quietly. Honestly, nobody noticed.”

Until we did.



D.C. dark money can't buy our state. Republicans don’t own Texas, and they can’t stop us from making our voices heard. But we have to fight back now, Friend. Will you rush $7 to our Voter Protection Fund right now?
