The Democrats are attempting to expand the Supreme Court to 13 justices.

If this radical initiative succeeds, Joe Biden would nominate the most progressive judges possible and Chuck Schumer would destroy the Senate filibuster to confirm them. This would push the Supreme Court to the extreme Left for generations to come. 

That's why we must fight to keep the Supreme Court at nine. This is crucial to preserve our Constitution and prevent a radical transformation of our laws and country.
