Last Thursday, people from all over the nation came together at our State of JUSTICE Town Hall to tune into the captivating interviews with our Empathy network leaders and other pioneers in the fight for criminal justice reform.

We heard from Tarra Simmons, the first formerly incarcerated person ever elected to the Washington legislature who was instrumental in passing the New Hope Act, and Nicole Lewis, an investigative journalist at the Marshall Project who has been breaking major stories about the spread of COVID-19 throughout U.S. prisons.
