There’s a reason why Marjorie Taylor Greene was stripped of all committee assignments from her own colleagues: she’s a far-right extremist who puts our national security at risk.
And yesterday, she proved she hasn’t changed a bit. She accosted my NYC compatriot Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, spewing vitriol and hatred in the halls of Congress.

From the moment she stepped into the national spotlight, Marjorie Taylor Greene has done nothing but spread false claims, encourage bigotry against vulnerable communities, and endanger the lives of Congressmembers. It’s no wonder that she chose to attack a woman of color who proudly stands with working people and has worked tirelessly to help struggling Americans.
Greene’s behavior must be called out and she must be held accountable.
That’s why I want your help. We need to demonstrate to the nation and the world that this isn’t who we are. We’re a society that accepts all people, not an authoritarian right-wing regime that ignores democracy.
