Our police officers work hard at an unforgiving job to keep New Yorkers safe -- all while the left’s dangerous rhetoric and policies make their jobs even more difficult. Our state has already seen a steady rise in crime as a result of the divisive “defund the police” agenda. On top of that, New York’s new cashless bail law allows criminals to be immediately released back onto the streets -- making the jobs of our New York police that much harder and more dangerous.

 

We saw the danger of these policies in action just last week. After police caught the criminal who was vandalizing Jewish synagogues in New York, that very vandal was immediately let back into public to continue terrorizing New Yorkers. This is just one of countless other stories like it.
