Martin Dugard and I worked feverishly on “Killing the Mob” and now it’s the bestselling book in the USA as certified by The New York Times. The 16th time that’s happened to me.   Also, I did tons of radio promoting the book and Glenn Beck as well as Sean Hannity have been extremely generous along with scores of our affiliates and the New York Post’s Cindy Adams.
