We can’t let up. Our elections are at risk.
Upon taking office as your representative in Washington, I took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. That’s why I am working hard to ensure the integrity of our elections and that means providing much needed security improvements for local election officials --- without overstepping the states’ authority to maintain their elections.
However, one of the Far-Left’s top priorities this cycle is H.R. 1 that weakens the integrity and security of our election system by making it harder to protect against voter fraud. It throws out voter ID laws and interferes with the ability of states to determine voters’ eligibility.
Voter ID does not stop voters from voting; it instead ensures voters are who they say they are, which should be common sense.
