Join former Governor and Democratic National Committee Chair Howard Dean, Rep. Hank Johnson, and other activists for a Zoom conversation on Thursday, May 13 at 4pm ET to learn about why we need to #ExpandTheCourt and how YOU can fight with us!

With three Trump justices and a Republican supermajority on the Supreme Court, our right to vote and basic constitutional protections are at risk. Lawmakers have introduced the Judiciary Act, also known as the #ExpandTheCourt bill, to restore balance to the Court by adding four new justices.

This is a straight-forward, constitutional fix to restore balance and legitimacy to a Court tilted too far to the right.

It’s time to put as much pressure as possible on our elected leaders to immediately support this common-sense, constitutional legislation to expand and protect our Court. And we need to get organized before it’s too late.

Join us on Thursday, May 13 at 4pm ET to get equipped with specific actions you can take to urge lawmakers to support Court expansion. You’ll hear from Howard Dean, Rep. Hank Johnson, and other activists about why now is the time to get involved in this fight.
