Fellow Conservative,

The Biden Administration is actively trying to favor school districts who include critical race theory in their curriculum. They proposed a rule that would allow the Department of Education to prioritize these districts to receive K-12 grants over districts who do not teach critical race theory.

Critical race theory is a concept that teaches students three core ideas:

  • There is no absolute truth—only competing narratives. It sees “lived experiences” as mattering more than facts.
  • Individuals are either an oppressor or victim. You are predetermined by immutable characteristics such as race to fall into either category. Culture is defined by groups exercising power over each other.
  • America is systemically racist and must be dismantled. It sees America as having been founded on the system of capitalism, which is racist, and therefore must be disrupted.

Critical race theory is a scheme adopted by the Left to cover up their indoctrination tactics as “core education”. If this proposed rule is not rejected, teachers will be allowed to pin their political views as “the correct way of thinking” in children’s heads before they can even read.

>>>Submit a public comment in opposition to these proposed rules by May 19th. You can check out our toolkit on critical race theory for more information on CRT and examples of how you can take action.

Taking two minutes to submit a comment with the Department of Education will have an impact. The federal government is required to reply to all comments in the final document when writing the final regulation. Submitting comments will require the Biden Administration to go on record with their response.

P.S. – There is also a pro-life issue you can leave a comment for. Biden wants to repeal a Trump era rule that prevents abortionists like Planned Parenthood from accepting federal Title X money for any facility where abortions are performed. Read more in our Title X toolkit.
