Immigration Equality’s annual Safe Haven Awards Virtual Gala, presented by Marriott International, celebrates the strength of our clients, honors the dedication of our pro bono attorney partners, and thanks our strongest supporters. Our 2021 Safe Haven Awards will be held next Thursday, May 20th at 8pm ET.

We will be presenting this year's Global Vision Award to Edafe Okporo, a refugee from Nigeria who is now a global gay rights activist, executive director, and author. We will also be hearing from Immigration Equality former and current clients Denise Chambers and the Zaccari-Blixt Family, along with Immigration Equality staff, Board Members and more!

Also featuring special performances from Tony-nominated Broadway performer Lauren Patten and Queen Jo Mama.
