Hi John,

LGBTQ+ students continue to face disproportionate levels of discrimination, harassment, and assault. This year, more than a hundred anti-trans bills have been introduced in state legislatures across the country. We need the Equality Act to establish permanent protections for all LGBTQ+ students regardless where they live.


By passing this federal legislation that will establish permanent federal nondiscrimination protections for LGBTQ+ communities across multiple dimensions of life, including education, LGBTQ+ students will be able to thrive and reach their full potential. President Joe Biden continues to endorse the Equality Act and told the nation he has transgender people's back during the State of the Union. But we need your help to tell your Senators to say YES to the Equality Act and send it to the President's desk!


To protect LGBTQ+ students, regardless of their zip code, we need all the support we can get to pass this bill in the Senate. Will you write a letter to your Senator and ask them to protect all LGBTQ+ communities? [[link removed]]
