Republican Governor Ron DeSantis just signed a new bill to suppress Floridians' vote and rig the game in favor of Republicans. It's shameful, and Florida deserves better.

For Stephanie, this is personal -- the right to vote is one of the foundations of our democracy, and coming from an immigrant family, she has always seen it as a right, a duty, and an honor. That’s why she was proud to co-sponsor and vote for H.R. 1, the For the People Act, to protect our elections and expand voting rights.

Governor DeSantis's campaign-style stunt for the cameras as he signed this shameful bill into law makes it clear that he does not hold voting rights in the same regard.

Getting out the vote will be tougher next year because Republicans like DeSantis are trying to stack the deck against us. Help us fight back by giving our team the resources we need to win.
