Hi John,

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp recently returned to Fox News to do what he does best: Attack Stacey Abrams. Kemp accused Abrams of driving a “woke cancel culture movement” too far and “lying” about the voter suppression bill he signed into law.

This isn't the first time Republicans have tried to shift the narrative against Stacey Abrams, and it won't be the last.

At a Senate Judiciary meeting on voting rights, GOP Sen. John Kennedy condescendingly demanded that Abrams, a woman who's been fighting voter suppression for years, give him a “list of the provisions that you object to” within Georgia's new voting bill.

But Republicans can't outsmart the people's champion, John. Abrams was able to detail seven provisions that directly impact Black and Brown voters before Kennedy cut her off.

It's beyond clear that Republicans from Kemp to Kennedy will do anything they can to prevent Stacey Abrams from speaking her truth and advocating for every American's right to vote -- so we're going all in to make sure she can take her message all the way to the governor's mansion.

In 2018, Brian Kemp defeated Stacey Abrams by less than 2 points -- just 55,000 votes -- so we know we can finally flip this seat in 2022.

We can't think of anyone more qualified to restore Georgia's election system and protect the Democratic majority next year than the woman who helped flip Georgia blue twice. But if we don't raise another $2,821 by tonight, we'll have no choice but to sit back and watch the GOP smear Abrams' good name unchecked -- and we'll have to scale back our support for progressive women nationwide immediately.
