The full Minnesota House will be voting on legalization and expungement for the first time in our state’s history this Thursday!
Our House DFL Majority is expected to pass it, but we need to keep the pressure on to get it through the entire Minnesota legislature.

Since my time as a public defense attorney, I have seen too many lives ruined by the failed war on drugs.
It’s long past time we listen to the majority of Minnesotans and Americans who believe we should legalize marijuana and enact restorative justice for nonviolent offenders caught up in our justice system.
This week, for the first time in our state’s history, our House DFL Majority will bring legalization and expungement to a floor vote where it is expected to pass. Now, we need to make sure it makes its way through the entire Minnesota legislature.
