In an electoral system clogged with corporate campaign cash, this is the right thing to do for our democracy. Pennsylvanians, not corporate PACs, John.
My dude Pat Toomey, on the other hand, has accepted *a lot* of money from some of the worst corporate PACs in existence. Last time he ran for Senate, he cashed checks from ExxonMobil, Wells Fargo, and <checks notes> Koch Industries.
Yea… I’m gonna head out and keep funding our campaign 💯 with help from *real people* (like you, John). But that’s what makes my ask today so urgent:
