Crocus Fields offers care to young people who have severe learning disabilities and physical disabilities, many of whom are on the autistic spectrum and who may exhibit significant challenges in management of their behaviour. ???

*The role requires an ability to:*
* To give essential and personal care to children and young people with autism and learning or physical disabilities.
* To establish positive relationships with the young people, assessing needs and risk. Working jointly in preparation, implementation, and delivery of care plans.

* To support young people during the night and support them in their bedtime routines. To support young people with their medical and all round health needs.
