The pandemic that has shaken our world has had a profound effect on Africa – especially the continent’s most vulnerable people.

People who were already in great need faced a viral crisis that meant many lost their health … their jobs … and even their loved ones.

And children who were already at risk through poverty, disease, lack of food, lack of shelter and lack of education began to fear even more for their future.

But today, you have a powerful opportunity to reach out and show God’s love through social action projects – to help the most vulnerable rebuild their lives and their hope.

Emmanuel and his three siblings were left to fend for themselves when their parents both died.

With no way to afford school fees, and no breadwinner in the home, Emmanuel dropped out of school and began trading in the streets in order to feed himself and his siblings.

Imagine how he felt when, through the grace of God and the love of someone like you, he received an opportunity to join a tailoring program and learn skills to build a new future.

Emmanuel says:

"I am so appreciative for what God has done in my life. If not for African Enterprise, my life would have gone to waste. I have come to understand how much the Lord loves me and now I am living the rest of my life for Him!"

After graduating, he bought two industrial sewing machines and now is fully set up to run his tailoring business.

Thanks to friends like you, he’s planning a new future – not just for himself, but for others like him!
