Democratic control of the Senate rests on our ability to re-elect Mark Kelly in Arizona. It’s just that simple, John.

We have an uphill battle given the new legislation that just became law.

Republican Doug Ducey signed into law a measure mandating mail ballots with missing signatures be thrown out, potentially disenfranchising thousands. We’re focused on talking to voters and making sure fewer ballots are thrown out. That’s why I’m asking you to donate $25 to fund outreach to Arizona voters.

The GOP is trying to erase Arizona votes. With the majority of votes cast by mail or early, Ducey blocking ballot curing will hurt thousands.

In 2020, a judge ruled that ballot curing until 5 days after the election is legal in Arizona. This bill overrides that court order. Many also thought that this bill was dead, but due to a last minute effort, it was signed into law at the very end of the legislative session.

The new law disproportionately impacts Native Americans and voters of color in Arizona. Early and frequent outreach to voters ensures fewer people will be disenfranchised by Ducey’s racist law.

Our only option now is to empower those at risk of having their voices erased, especially Native Americans and voters of color. Please donate $25 to do just that.

Vote From Home

------------
Vote From Home is a grassroots movement that's fighting to expand vote-by-mail. We helped thousands of Democrats vote safely from home in Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina and Georgia in 2020 and 2021. Now we're focused on stopping politicians and legislation who are making it harder for Americans to vote by mail. Please forward this email if you know someone who may be interested. Our average gift is just under $39 so consider donating that today to support voting rights: [link removed]
