Stop the Line 3 Pipeline -350 Seattle oversaw a demonstration this past Saturday protesting Chase Bank’s funding of Line 3, a tar sands oil pipeline that’s as dangerous as it is expensive, and is in flagrant violation of the sovereignty of Indigenous peoples and established treaties. Justice for Missing and Murdered Indigenous People - Indigenous women, girls, trans people and two-spirits are murdered and disappear at a rate 10 times the national average, and less than 10% of cases are even investigated. Roxanne White, an organizer we have been honored to work with in the past, is leading a Solidarity Prayer Walk and Call for Justice on Saturday, May 15th at 10:00 AM at Be’er Sheva Park. Come walk with us, and show that the community cares about Native lives.
