A MESSAGE FROM SSG BRIAN MAST, U.S. ARMY (RET.): Greetings! I am shocked and heartbroken. I just learned that Joe Biden has DENIED a permit to a veterans group to hold the annual “Rolling to Remember” motorcycle ride in honor of fallen American service members in Washington, DC this Memorial Day weekend. That’s right: Joe Biden is denying Americans’ right to assemble and honor the sacrifices America’s brave service members made in the defense of our great nation. In Joe Biden’s America, it’s easier to cross the border illegally than to get a permit to honor fallen HEROES on Memorial Day. Both Democrat and Republican administrations have supported this sacred American tradition for over 30 years. Sadly, Joe Biden refuses to honor this bipartisan show of patriotism, at a time when our nation needs unity the most. But I will not let them go unrecognized. If you haven’t already, please take a moment to remember the fallen, honor their service and sacrifice, and pay your respects to our nation’s heroes by adding your name today. STAND WITH OUR HEROES: ADD YOUR NAME 10 years ago I was struck by an IED in Afghanistan and I lost both my legs and a finger as a result. But I was one of the lucky ones. I got to come home, hug my wife, learn to walk again, raise a family, and serve my nation on a different kind of battlefield: Congress. But so many of my fellow soldiers never got the chance to come home. That’s why events like “Rolling to Remember” mean so much to myself and other veterans. This is our chance to thank our brothers and sisters in arms for making the ultimate sacrifice. Will you help me honor their memory by adding your name today? STAND WITH OUR HEROES: ADD YOUR NAME To those men and women who have died so that we may continue to live free -- thank you! For America, SSG Brian Mast, U.S. Army (ret.)
