The way you handle change will make you or break you.

The most certain thing in life is the uncertain: change. If the past
year has taught us nothing else, it reinforced how quickly things can
change and how much resiliency matters.

Here are some of my thoughts on surviving changes and loss. I hope, if
you're going through changes, it will remind you that you're not alone.
