This Mother's Day, TakeCharge made a splash advocating for the future of our kids.
Specifically, better education options.
If someone said, “Mothers shouldn’t have any say in what they feed their kids! There should be one uniform option for children’s food!”, everyone would agree that’s outrageous.
But what about when it comes to school? What about feeding children’s minds? This is the core of school choice.
Many mothers are watching in frustration as their children are underserved and under-schooled by a system that is in the grip of corrupt unions. These are Black children, in predominantly poor parts of town, being set up to fail and continuing to perpetuate the worst stereotypes and mistakes.
At TakeCharge, we’re attacking this problem with the combined ambition of many mothers. Our ambassadors, who know the value and power of a good education, are in the community advocating for school choice. They are changing hearts and minds to prioritize the greatest opportunity these kids have for a better life – namely, a better education.
Here are just a few of the strong women making a difference and taking charge, featured in our Mother's Day ad in the Star Tribune:
As we continue to grow and advocate for these issues, I hope we can count on your support.
God Bless,
-Kendall
