Breyer joins National Constitution Center President and CEO Jeffrey Rosen to discuss the Constitution, civil discourse, and the courts. This student-focused program is an excellent way to wrap up your school year by examining our founding documents and our civic dispositions. Justice Breyer will also discuss his career as a justice and answer questions from students. Analyze the Second Amendment’s text and history and how the Supreme Court has interpreted it over time.
