I couldn’t let this day go by without wishing a happy Mother’s Day to my own mom, my beautiful wife, and all of Oklahoma’s mothers.

I’m constantly in awe of Christie as I watch her mother our six wonderful children. Everything I do to fight for Oklahoma, America, and our future is for my family, but it all pales in comparison to what my wife does on the daily.

And of course, I wouldn’t be here today without my mother. Abraham Lincoln famously said, “All that I am, or ever hope to be, I owe to my angel mother,” and I couldn’t agree more.

I hope every mom is being celebrated by their families today — every mom deserves it.
