Don't worry, we've already called our mom to wish her a happy Mother’s Day—and we hope you've called yours, too!
Again, we wish we could all be together as a family right now, celebrating our mom and the other important women in our lives.
But, with leaders like our mom continuing to fight for an equitable recovery, soon enough we can plan for future Mother's Days when everyone can be with their families safely.
We're proud of our mom and all that she's done—especially in the last year—and we're honored to have been raised by a woman who puts others and her community first—who values truth, transparency, and decency above all else.
So, if you're financially able at this time, would you consider donating $15 to help ensure our mom can keep focusing on the good work she's doing in DC and not have to think about fundraising nor the impact of redistricting this month?
We’re lucky that our mom is someone our children will look up to, a woman whose strength is in her commitment to service, and who will never stop fighting for those who need help the most.
