As many of you know, in addition to being an army veteran, my mom spent her career working for the USPS. She retired from there just a few weeks ago!

Throughout the pandemic, she and thousands of other USPS workers went to work every day to ensure people can both send and receive the things they need — from lifesaving prescription medications to the ballots they used to cast their votes in our historic November elections.

That’s why this Mother’s Day, I’m calling on my colleagues in Congress to take action to support the U.S. Postal Service and postal workers like my mom. Will you add your name to join me?
