John,
Right now, I’m working on legislation to create more equitable transit in the Bronx and around the country, so I am coming to you personally to hear about your public transportation habits: [[link removed]]

For decades, redlining has prevented access to the public transit that leads to the business centers of our cities, leaving many out of the growth we’ve seen.
Right now in the Bronx, there are tunnels that haven’t been repaired since they were destroyed by Hurricane Sandy -- nearly a decade ago .
Growing up in the Bronx, I know that accessible public transportation can be an equalizer.
All this means that transit equity is a part of racial equity, John.
Our team wants to collect data on the use of public transit as the Biden Administration works on infrastructure, so we are reaching out to our TOP supporters (that’s you, John) !
As such an engaged member of our team, I want to make sure we get your feedback. Please, take two minutes to fill out this public transportation survey » [[link removed]]
