[1]Women's March
 Â
Happy Saturday,
John!
Today, we want to share with you some exciting and meaningful ways to get
involved with Women's March these next days, especially as we celebrate
Mother’s Day. We hope to see you at some of these amazing opportunities to
get involved in our fight:
1. Sign our letter urging Congress to pass the American Families Plan and
the American Jobs Plan as soon as possible.
Flowers and brunch are great, but this Mother’s Day we’re urging Congress
to give moms what they REALLY want: Guaranteed access to affordable child
care and paid family and medical leave.
The American Families Plan and American Jobs Plan would give all families
access to community college, preschool, affordable child care, and paid
leave. Passing these bills would have a life-changing impact on so many
families and address the biggest challenges women in our country face
right now.
But Republicans have made it clear already that they’re ready to fight and
block both of Biden’s proposals. So we need to make it clear that Women’s
Marchers are ready to fight even harder to bring these bills to life and
make sure women’s issues are prioritized in this administration’s agenda.
That’s why we hope you can take 1 minute this weekend to help out: [ [link removed] ]Sign
