I wanted to reach out and thank everyone who pitched in ahead of the April fundraising deadline. It means a lot to have your support and to know that you’re committed to our efforts to build meaningful and lasting progress.

During his joint address to Congress last week, President Biden laid out his vision for that progress, and I’m excited to keep working to make it a reality.

We are talking about universal pre-school and child care; affordable education; safe, clean drinking water; new clean-energy jobs; safer roads, bridges, and transit; broadband internet access for all; energy-efficient affordable housing; paid family and medical leave; lower prescription drug prices.

After a hard-fought election, challenges to our democratic values, and a health and economic crisis, our country is in need of bold and decisive action, and President Biden’s plan rises to the occasion. Thank you for helping us continue this important work.
