I just
wanted to send a quick note to wish all of the mothers out there a
very Happy Mother's Day 2021. Last year Mother's Day was of course
a lot different because of the pandemic. Many of us could not
see our moms on Mothers Day because we were trying to protect them by
staying away. This year though should be different. If you
are blessed to still have your mother with you, like I am, I hope you
get to spend some time with her. If your mom has already passed,
I hope your Sunday can be filled with warm memories of her and the
life lessons she taught you. I of course want to wish my mother,
Mary Frances Aderholt, a Happy Mother's Day. And also a Happy
Mother's Day to the mother of my two children, Caroline.
This verse from the book of Proverbs says a lot I think about how
we should lift our mothers up:
- Proverbs 31:28–29: "Her
children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises
her: 'Many women have done excellently, but you surpass them
all.'"
I hope you have a happy and blessed Mother's Day!
