Team:
Republicans who refuse to pledge allegiance to Donald Trump are being cast out of their own party.
After the January 6 insurrection, Republican Conference Chair and GOP Rep. Liz Cheney voted to impeach Donald Trump, stating that “there has never been a greater betrayal by a President of the United States.”
Now, Republican Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is trying to publicly force GOP Rep. Liz Cheney to APOLOGIZE for voting for impeachment, and coordinating behind the scenes with Donald Trump to have her removed from her leadership position.
The GOP is too far gone to be trusted to put the interests of the American people over their allegiance to Donald Trump — and we can’t afford to hand them control of the House in 2022.
