AB286 bans ghost guns. If you haven’t heard about ghost guns they are a dangerous and untraceable firearm that people are easily obtaining through online purchases. There are no background checks required to purchase these guns. They are available to any age group and cannot be traced, so they are the perfect weapon for committing a crime. 

Nevada needs to lead by banning ghost guns now. We have an opportunity to make our communities safer. Just a few weeks ago, there was a tragic accidental shooting in Las Vegas that might have been prevented if AB286 was in place.
