We’re taking a moment to celebrate all moms across Canada, and all that they do to make people’s lives better and strengthen our communities. In the past year, so many have taken on new or additional responsibilities to keep us loved and cared for – including many who have been working on the front lines of keeping us safe – and this Mother’s Day is a chance to recognize them for all that they do.
As a mom and a daughter, I’m thinking about my kids and my own mom, who like many Canadians, won’t be spending time together this weekend in the way that we normally would.
