First Liberty
Dear Friend of Liberty,
No American should ever be disqualified from serving on a jury simply
because they believe that God answers prayer.
Incredibly, this fundamental religious liberty right was in question
after the recent decision of a wayward district judge-until
yesterday.
Watch below to get the details on yesterday's key victory
upholding prayer in the courtroom-appropriately coming on
National Day of Prayer:

As former Solicitor General Paul Clement wrote on the juror's
behalf:
"A nation that enshrines religious toleration in its founding
document and invokes the religious beliefs of its citizenry to
reinforce their public oaths cannot dismiss jurors based on the way
they express their religious convictions."
While we are thankful for this victory, it only serves to underscore
how severely endangered our religious freedom is becoming.
The anti-faith forces at work in our culture are clearly only growing
more emboldened-and we MUST take decisive action to hold the
line and preserve our nation's foundational rights.

your freedom to live out your faith?

With your support, we will continue winning-both for you and for
future generations.
