The election for Lt. Governor is next month. We’ve been out knocking doors and talking to voters, listening to them about their concerns and learning about what they want Virginia’s future to look like.

We’re learning something really worrying: some voters don’t even know that there’s an election on June 8th. That’s a problem. It’s important that Democrats turn out big for this primary so we can build the energy we’ll need to beat the GOP in November.

We want to expand our ad buy to make sure voters know about the upcoming election and know that Sean is running for Lt. Governor on a bold, progressive platform. Recent polling shows that the race for Lt. Governor is wide open, so there’s still time to make a big impression. Running a TV ad is how we can maximize our reach and get more voters out to the polls.
