Update: Wolf's Crossing Road repairs starting Saturday

The Village of Oswego has contracted to begin repairs to Wolf's Crossing Road following an emergency closure and detour around a deteriorating culvert near Devoe Drive. The work is expected to be finished by Memorial Day, weather permitting.

Out of an abundance of caution, crews closed a stretch of Wolf's Crossing Road from Route 30 to Harvey Road last week when the deteriorating conditions were discovered. Motorists are reminded that it is unsafe to attempt to cross the culvert, and that the ditches around the culvert are steeper than they appear. Do not attempt to drive across or around the closed roadway. A detour is posted using Route 30, Treasure Drive and Harvey Road. Read more.?
