John—
The Biden-Harris administration will soon release its budget, and one of NARAL’s top priorities is to ensure the president honors his campaign promise to fight for reproductive freedom. President Biden must strike racist and discriminatory abortion coverage bans and denial of care policies, like the Hyde and Weldon Amendments, from the presidential budget.
These restrictions create MORE hurdles for people already facing the greatest barriers to accessing abortion care because of systemic racism and inequities. We have to get rid of them in order to fight for reproductive freedom for every body
Tell President Biden that we're expecting him to stand by his campaign promise to protect and expand reproductive freedom, including access to abortion care! [[link removed]]

Abortion coverage bans and denials of care are based on extreme anti-choice ideology — and they disproportionately hurt people already facing the greatest barriers to accessing care, especially Black, Indigenous, and other women of color, transgender and non-binary people, and those with lower incomes.
It’s past time to expand access to abortion care. Together we must demand that the Biden administration strike the Hyde and Weldon Amendments from their budget. [[link removed]]
Thanks for all you do for reproductive freedom,
