I wanted to email you with a quick update about the campaign.

The good news is that we’ve built strong early momentum, especially in the face of our first opponent. A lot of folks have stepped up to support my re-election, and for that, I am eternally grateful.

We have a long campaign ahead of us, but our team is doing everything that needs to be done, and we will start ramping up our outreach efforts this summer.

With the legislative session coming to a close, we expect that more Republicans will be entering the race for Attorney General. Nevada remains a top target for Republicans to flip in the upcoming midterms, and we know that they won’t leave any stone unturned.

Now, when I ran for Attorney General, I promised that I would fight for all Nevadan families. And I meant it. We’ve brought lawsuits and have successfully litigated against large corporations, the Trump Administration, and many individuals who have caused harm to working families in our beloved state.

The work is far from over, and I remain as committed as I was on day one to see the job through. That’s why I’m running for re-election, as I hope to continue doing this work through 2026.

The truth is that campaigns like mine are won or lost on our ability to raise money. I know I’ve asked a lot, but we have to keep building support from everyday Nevadans and Americans like yourself.
