Friend, for the past several weeks, Arizona Democrats have been in court, fighting back against Arizona Republican’s bogus elections audit.
After refusing to comply with the court’s order and attempting numerous stonewalling tactics, the Arizona Senate GOP and the Cyber Ninjas have lost the battle to keep the public in the dark.
Our decision to file a lawsuit has brought both transparency and accountability to AZ Republican’s election audit. We demanded that reporters be allowed inside the building that allowed us to see disgraced former State Representative Anthony Kern counting ballots.
