up by more than 300% since 2003 — yet Congress has done little to
alleviate this gigantic burden on students. In his first term, Ro
co-sponsored Bernie Sanders’ bill to make public four-year colleges and
universities affordable for all — but we have to keep fighting. College
should be an available opportunity for anyone, regardless of income.
