2017: Republican officials in Georgia purged 534,000 registered voters from the voter rolls.

2018: Carolyn lost by just over 400 votes in GA-07 and Stacey Abrams lost the Governor’s race by just 55,000 votes. Abrams launched a get out the vote movement, registering over 500,000 Georgians to vote.

2020: Democrats mobilized historical voter turnout across Georgia, Carolyn flipped our district blue and we delivered Biden the White House.

2021: Georgia delivered once more, electing two Democratic Senators — our first Black Senator and our first Jewish Senator.

2021: Republicans are scared. They’ve seen what happens when voters have access to the polls: Democrats win. So they passed disgraceful voter suppression legislation that belongs in the Jim Crow era.

This summer, they plan to purge another 101,000 voters from the voter roll.
