As of Today, Ross Spano's re-election campaign is officially in debt $16,428.32.

Ross Spano is a crook; he cheated to win, he has admitted to his crimes, and yet he repeatedly fails to even take the corrective steps that he, himself, vowed to do when this all became public last year.
