Pop star phenomenon, Justin Bieber, has teamed up with ARC for his album Justice and is raffling floor tickets to the show of your choice on his next tour! Last month, Justin visited Los Angeles County's California State Prison with ARC and partners to meet with a group of incarcerated men involved in a seminary program.
Our founder, Scott Budnick, invited him to come to the prison to learn more about the programs in light of the release of Bieber's new album, Justice.
