Refuge
(ANWR).

by

and
gas
companies

proper
review.

Urging
President
Trump
to
shrink
several
national
monuments
that
were
meant
to
be
permanently
protected.

Drafting
a
leasing
program
that
would
open
nearly
all
coastal
waters—and
even
off
the
coast
of
the
Arctic
Refuge—to
oil
and
gas
drilling.
*
In
2018,
selling
off
triple
the
public
lands
to
oil
and
gas
drilling
than
what
was
average
under
the
Obama
Administration
*
Proposing
policy
to
weaken
the
Endangered
Species
Act
by
scaling
back
provisions
designed
to
stop
animals
from
going
extinct.

And

Under his tenure, staff were reassigned for warning about the dangers of climate change, department resources were used to fund extravagant personal trips, and holding secret meetings about who knows what.
