Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz has direct ties with the extremist groups that led the Capitol insurrection, but now he wants to convince millions of Americans that he's fighting for them, because Democrats are “coming for you.”

Gaetz has been raising thousands to run an ads blitz nationwide with that message, team -- his desperate attempt to deflect the recent allegations of sex-trafficking and sexual misconduct, to distract from his ties to insurrectionists, and to defend his abysmal record in Congress.

But we have our own message in response to Gaetz. We want every voter to know the true track record of this insurrectionist in the House:
+ Incited an insurrection and then voted to overturn the election results
+ Obstructed Donald Trump's impeachment trial
+ Holds direct links to the Proud Boys, a white supremacist militia group
+ Is currently under investigation from the Department of Justice for sex trafficking of a minor

A sex-trafficking white supremacist shouldn't be creating policies that impact every American. We can't believe that even has to be said.

This cycle, we're going to do everything we can to expand our razor-thin House majority, and we're going to start by unseating Matt Gaetz -- but we need your help.
