I decided to run for Congress in 2018 because I knew our representatives could be doing more for our community. I was 433 votes short of flipping GA-07 blue, and I was not ready to give up. When I ran again in 2020, our district was the only one to flip blue in the entire country.

I am working in Congress to fight for affordable health care, economic recovery that puts workers and small businesses first, and investment in our district’s world-class public education system and transportation infrastructure. But Republicans already put a target on my back. They are already fundraising to turn our district red again, but I am not going to give in that easily.

I am going to need your help to keep my seat in Congress and continue fighting for Georgia’s hardworking families. We are going to get it done as a team. I cannot do it without you, Friend.
