On this Mother’s Day, we want to show our gratitude for all of the moms, grandmothers and mother-figures in the autism community for all you do to ensure your children have everything they need to reach their full potential whatever that may look like.
In this edition of E-Speaks, you’ll meet a 28-year-old mom on the spectrum who juggles a full-time job, night and weekend graduate school classes and the responsibilities of being a single mom to her beautiful 6-year-old daughter, who also has autism. You’ll also hear other autistic moms share personal perspectives of motherhood on the spectrum and how raising their children went a long way in helping to understand themselves better.
