John, even Speaker Pelosi has weighed in. It’s time to end unequal pay for women and for our black, indeginous and people of color (BIPOC) communities.

The pandemic has been disastrous for many women, forcing them to leave the workforce to take care of their families. As we recover from the damage COVID-19 has done to our economy, we need to put women and BIPOC front and center of our recovery.

That means ending unequal pay for equal work.
